Ayurved
The term Ayurved means “KNOWLEDGE” concerning the maintenance of life. The origin of this KNOWLEDGE is already evident in Atharvaveda. An ancient Indian System of Medicine which has been in vogue from times immemorial. It provides natural healing for various ailments. The system was nurtured by ancient scholars on the basis of sound underlying philosophy, indigenous methodology and practices prevalent in that era. Ayurved is more akin to nature and hence considered to be “QUITE SAFE” and free from “SIDE EFFECTS”.
Panchakarma: The Five Step Healing Process
Panchakarma are five detoxifying treatments in Ayurvedic medicine, cleaning all channels of the body and removing toxins that may cause illness. You experience the harmonizing of your Dosha and the restoration of your health and well being. Panchakarma is a combination of five therapies that balances the doshas in body. It is all about administering and monitoring several-medicinal formulations including specific ghee and oils throughout the body channels as a pre-procedure which is followed by administering five main procedures or panchakarma.
